Intro to Reformer

Our Intro to Reformer Pilates classes are best for those who are brand new to Reformer and wanting to try it for the very first time. You'll be given an introduction to the studio, the machine and all equipment as well as a gentle class learning the fundamentals at a calm, supportive pace.

Reformer CORE: Level 1 Beginners

Supportive Reformer Pilates for all ages & all bodies. This inclusive class is open to all as we move at a compassionate pace allowing time to learn Reformer mechanics, understand key Pilates principles, and build strength gradually. You'll leave feeling connected to your body, empowered and grounded.

Reformer ALIGN: Mixed Level

Supportive Reformer Pilates for all ages & all bodies. Designed to meet you where you are in your Reformer Pilates journey. Each session is tailored with progressions and regressions, allowing you to move in a way that best supports your body while building strength, control, and confidence. Your instructor will guide you with personalised options to ensure you’re moving well, feeling strong, and getting the most from every session.

Reformer RISE: Level 2 Intermediate

Perfect for those who have already been to a few Reformer Pilates classes with us and are comfortable with basic movements. This class builds on a strong foundation, focusing on control, alignment, breathwork, and functional movement. Expect a balanced, supportive session designed to help you move better and feel stronger in your everyday life.

Reformer REBLOOM

A gentle return to yourself. Created for women looking to reconnect with movement in a supportive and nurturing environment, especially those who are postpartum or navigating a new season of life. Reformer REBLOOM focuses on rebuilding strength gradually, reconnecting to the core and pelvic floor, and creating space to prioritise your wellbeing again. Expect compassionate movement, supportive guidance and a class that honours where your body is today. For those ladies who are recently postpartum, we just ask that you have been signed off to return to exercise post your 6-week check up with your GP or women's health physio.

Reformer RESET

Slow down. Restore. Rebuild. A slow and mindful Reformer class designed to gently support movement, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Particularly suited to aging joints, injury recovery, post-surgery rehabilitation, or those managing health conditions, this class prioritises safe, supported movement at an accessible pace. Expect nurturing guidance, gentle strengthening, improved mobility, and space to move with confidence again.

Reformer for MEN

Strength, mobility, and movement with purpose. A welcoming Reformer Pilates class designed specifically for men looking to improve strength, flexibility, posture, mobility, and overall movement quality. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, balancing gym training, recovering from injury, or wanting to move better in everyday life, this class offers a supportive and approachable environment to build confidence on the Reformer. Expect functional movement, core strength, mobility work, and full-body conditioning designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected in your body.

A bespoke 1:1 session tailored entirely to your body, your goals, and your pace.
