Our Reformer Pilates Class Levels
Level 1: Beginner & Intermediate
Perfect for those who are new to Reformer Pilates or returning after time away. This class builds a strong foundation, focusing on control, alignment, breathwork, and functional movement. Expect a balanced, supportive session designed to help you move better and feel stronger in your everyday life.
Level 1: Foundations First
Supportive Reformer Pilates for all ages & all bodies. This inclusive class is open to all as we move at a compassionate pace allowing time to learn Reformer mechanics, understand key Pilates principles, and build strength gradually. You'll leave feeling empowered and grounded. This is perfect for anybody who may be recovering from an injury, suffer with aging joints or simply looking for a little extra support in getting started on your Reformer Pilates journey.
Level 1: Reform Express
Reform Express is your midday reset, a focused 30-minute session that blends foundational Reformer technique and breath work with targeted movement for key areas of the body that are under daily strain. Whether you're desk-bound or just pressed for time, this class offers the perfect stretch-strength balance to realign, recharge and return to your day feeling lighter, longer and more connected. *Note you must purcase a Reform Express Pay-As-You-Go Pack or a Reform Express 5 Class Pack to book into this class type.
Rebloom: Postpartum Reformer
A gentle return to strength, movement, and self. Designed for women who are postpartum and ready to ease back into gentle exercise. Rebloom is a calm and restorative Reformer Pilates class supporting your postnatal recovery—physically and emotionally. Come alone or with your baby by your side (up to 6 months), you'll rebuild core strength, reconnect with your breath, and gently restore posture, pelvic floor, and mobility in a supportive, baby-welcoming space. There’s no rush to “bounce back.” Just thoughtful, guided movement tailored to the needs of a new mother—meeting you where you are, and helping you rediscover the strength that was never lost, only resting. Come as you are. Crying babies, sleepy moments, and soft starts are all welcome here. We just ask that you have been signed off to return to exercise post your 6-week check up with your GP or women's health physio.
Level 2: Intermediate
For those with a solid understanding of Pilates principles and Reformer work, this class introduces more dynamic movement, increased resistance, and moderate progressions to build endurance, core control, and refined technique.
Level 3: Advanced
This class is designed for experienced clients who want a challenge. You'll be guided through a flowing, athletic class with higher intensity, advanced progressions, and creative transitions — all while maintaining precision and control. Expect to sweat and stretch!
Level 1: Baby & Bump
A gentle and supportive class tailored for pre- and post-natal clients. Improve posture, relieve tension, and build functional strength in a safe environment with specially trained instructors. A nurturing way to move through pregnancy and beyond.
Level 1: Active Agers
Designed for older adults who want to stay active, flexible, and strong. These low-impact classes support joint health, balance, posture, and coordination — helping you move confidently and comfortably at any age.
